Hope is what you want to see.
Hope is what you want to believe.
Hope can be a way of knowing,
And hope can be a wish to where your going.

Hope can take away yor laugh,
And hope can lead you down the wrong path.
Hope can take away your dreams,
And hope can make things not what they seem.

Hope has a way of making us happy,
And hope has a way of making us feel crappy.
Hope has a way of starting new beginnings,
And hope has a way of making us forgiving

Hope can bring out all of your best,
And hope can be all you have left.
But hope has something we all need,
And that's something to hold on to,
So our lives can proceed.
